According to reports reaching us from
Modernhana.com , Baba Suwe has finally excreted sixteen wraps of cocaine. We reported
the arrest of Baba Suwe a Nigerian actor by officials of the Nigerian drug enforcement at the airport on his way to Paris, France two weeks ago. The yoruba actor has been in custody for over 2 weeks and had since not excreted the substances suspected to be lodged in his stomach until this report reaching us now.
His continuous detention by the anti drug agency had caused certain controversies with the
actors lawyers petitioning a court order granting the NDLEA permission to further detain the actor for two weeks if he does not excrete the hard drugs. The lawyers went ahead to threaten the agency with a lawsuit if it does not immediately release the comic actor.
Baba Suwe was said to have been in tears, begging for forgiveness after excreting. Our sources say the yoruba actor has not excreted all of the substances in his stomach and has been given tea to help him excrete the remaining drugs.
The delayed recovery of the drugs by NDLEA officials is due to Baba Suwe's refusal to eat regular meals, claiming he only eats once in a day.
The actor who lost his wife a few years back was arrested two years ago for a similar offence but was released saying the drug arrest was a rumour.
