The fear of Boko haram has made American rapper Rick Ross to cancel his scheduled performance at the Calabar carnival.
Rick Ross and American rap counterpart Fabolous were both billed to perform at different shows in Calabar and Lagos respectively. While Fabolous was  in Lagos having a good time with fans and getting a taste of the Nigerian entertainment industry, Rick Ross was in faraway United Statesfor fear of the unknown. The cancellation by the heavily bearded rapper and self-styled Teflon don and boss of May Bach music was greeted with disappointments from Nigerian rappers Eldee the Don and Sauce Kid who both expressed their grievances on Twitter.
An official statement by the show organizers, the Cross River state government says Rick Ross had received full payment for his performance and that the cancellation was unrelated to the recent seizures and surgery undergone by the rapper.
They say appropriate legal and monetary remedies will be pursued against him.

The Christmas holidays are finally drawing close and the Calabar carnival has been marked as one of the places to be this Christmas season in Nigeria. Known for its display of rich traditional culture and a parade of fine beautiful ladies in colourful attires, the Calabar carnival is a port of call to tourists travelling to spend the Christmas holidays. This year’s event will feature top class Nigerian and foreign artistes. Don Moen, Rick Ross, Kool and the Gang,
Gyptian, Angie Stone and a host of others are among the foreign artistes to perform while on the Nigerian side the Choc Boys, Mo’ hits crew, Tiwa Savage and a lot of others are billed to perform on various days at the carnival. Other activities marked for the carnival include a beauty pageant, fashion parade and a child fashion show.

I bet Rick Ross never knew he had a look alike from Nigeria. The Teflon Don's uncle is no other person than
the Late Highlife singer Oliver De Coque. What do you think about their resemblance?

I must say I now get bored with looking at pictures of various celebrities who engage in the planking act.  Anyway my curiosity lead me to follow a link on a tweet that claimed to show Rick Ross doing a plank.
I do not know if it's him but can you confirm if this is Ricky Rosay aka Da Boss...The Teflon Don.
WARNING: This picture might be annoying to some people so DO NOT continue reading if you can't stand the scene.
