After signing up his wife Michelle Obama up for a Twitter account as a campaign strategy, Barack Obama has made a wish list in which he hopes many celebrities will endorse his November re election bid and become surrogates for his campaign team to help beat the Republican opponent. Those on the list are industry captains, music stars, TV personalities and Hollywood celebrities which include
Jay Z, Jamie Foxx, Oprah Winfrey, Fergie, B.O.B, Tom Hanks, Warren Buffet, John Kerry and Richard Kepler. Unsurprisingly, some of the people on Obama's wish list including Lady Antebellum have rejected his offer. Antebellum said the band has no intentions of having any political affiliations in the nearest future. Obama is obviously trying to gather the much needed financial and moral support he got from Hollywood practitioners in the November 2008 presidential elections.
