Ace comedian and popular celebrity Ayo Makun aka A.Y is in a fierce competition with Yomi Makun, his younger brother. The younger Makun, a top fashion designer costuming A class celebrities was awarded the Fashion designer of the year 2011 by UNESCO and the Federal ministry of youth development. Yomi Makun beat other top Nigerian fashion houses including
MAI by Mai Atafo, Ouch and Phunk Afrique to clinch the award. In a feat to celebrate his achievement, the young designer acquired a of a custom made Angel white Chrysler 300 limited edition and ordered that his business name (JC) be engraved on the leather seats of the car. The younger brother seems to be bent on outshining or meeting up with the achievements of A.Y who is a household name in the Nigerian comedy scene.
