MISS ANGOLA EMERGES MISS UNIVERSE 2011

Remember our story on MISS UNIVERSE 2011? Miss Angola’s Leila Lopes a 25 year old beauty queen has emerged Miss Universe 2011. She is one of the few African beauty queens to emerge as a winner in an international beauty pageant.
She trailed the path of Nigeria’s Agbani Darego who won the Miss World beauty peagent in 2001.
The beauty queen was born in Benguela, Angola and was crowned on Monday 12th September 2011 in Sau Paulo Brazil.
The first runner-up was Olesia Stefanko of Ukraine while the second
runner-up was Priscila Machado of Brazil. Miss Philippines emerged third while Miss China came fourth.
The most talked about MISS USA Alyssa Campanelladid not do well in the beauty peagent. The show was hosted by Bravo honcho Andy Cohen and Natalie Morales.

When asked her beauty secrets, the new Miss Universe said Get a lot of sleep, drink a lot of water and wear sunblock always, no matter your skin tone or whether it is sunny outside.
