OBJ AND IBB... TALK I'M LISTENING

I thought beefing was only for hiphop stars, actresses and musicians but when two past Nigerian leaders start to beef in public, we call that "Gbege" or beefing at the highest level.
In 9ice and ruggedman's style, two erstwhile Nigerian presidents, OBJ and IBB are in a war of words.
Ibrahim Babangida aka IBB on the eve of his 70th birthday  had insinuated that Obasanjo had wasted the "oil money" accrued during his (OBJ's) 8 years in office as civilian president and OBJ in his whip like tongue manner quickly replied and called IBB a fool at 70.
IBB also replied calling OBJ a
plunderer and OBJ replied with a bible verse “If Babangida had decided on becoming a septuagenarian, that he will be a fool, I think one should probably do what the Bible says in Proverbs chapter 26, verse 4. It says don’t answer a fool because you may also become like him. When you go to the same Proverbs chapter 26, verse 5, it says answer a fool so that he will not think he’s a wise man. So, I am now torn between which of the two verses I should follow in this respect.”
Babangida replied: “For a man who cannot possibly tell his true age, one may excuse his present outburst as the effusions of a witless comedian trying effortlessly to impress his select audience.” Hope the referee will be unpartial in the match between Maradonna FC and Baba Iyabo FC.
I cannot stop laughing at the funny statements made by this two elder statesmens. Somebody should please intervene before this turns into a national disgrace.
