DON JAZZY
This guy is Africa's biggest music producer. He is the CEO of Mo'hits records and is acknowledged both in Nigeria and internationally.He has produced songs for the likes of Snoop Dogg, Jay Z and Kanye West and on the home side made hits for D' banj, Weird Mc,
Ikechukwu, Dare Art Alade and lots of others.
He also doubles as a backup singer due to his deep melodious voice and gives detail in the music recording process. Don Jazzy is currently signed to Kanye West's G.O.O.D music alongside Mo' hits label mate D'banj.
COBHAMS ASUQOU
He can be called a master of soul as he is able to interprete the deepest meanings of a song from his production.He was
behind Asa's first album and has produced hits for Roof top Mc's, Bez, Banky W and a whole lot of A class artistes.He is a really good music record producer.
Cobhams Asuquo is the owner of CAMP records and being physically challenged does not stop him from excellence in all his works.
SAMKLEF
Samklef is a producer that mixes the Nigerian flavour with the American styled pop. He is the guy behind most of Wiz Kid's Super star album hits. He claims to have introduced the term "noni" which is a yoruba word into the Nigerian entertainment scene.
Samklef currently has an album titled "Nonilizing" and has produced songs for the likes of Vector da Viper, General Pype Lil Lurge and a whole lots of others.
JAY SLEEK
2Face Idibia brought "Jay Sleeky Sleeky" into prominence after he produced hits like "Only me" and "Enter the place". Jay Sleek has produced for Cartiar and Sound Sultan and after watching him in the studio during music recording, I conclude he has a lot of prospects in the music production business.
Dr Frabz
This is the King of Nigerian crunk and is a favorite of Nigerian hiphop artistes.
He has produced some of the best hip hop songs in Nigeria. Some major artistes he has worked with includes his wife Omawumi, Naeto C and the late Dagrin.
J. MARTINS
This guy brings a mix of the old and new school with his high life melodies. He is also a sings good African music that makes you dance every time.He was the only Nigerian present at Didier Drogba's wedding with Akon and Fally Ipupa.
He produces mostly for himself in his music studio and has occasionally produced for P. Square and Bracket.
His hit songs include Good or bad, Oyoyo, and Jupa which he remixed with East African Makossa sensation Fally Ipupa.
Other top Nigerian music producers worthy of note include Jesse Jagz of chocolate city,Ikon, Terry G who is always having troubles for stealing other people's songs and beats, K solo the highlife crooner that has made hits for Timaya and Klever Jay, Mc Vance the upcomming Festac based producer and current producer of Durella, and Foster Zeeno who is known for putting finishing touches to Nigerian albums by mixing and mastering with great softwares.
